Don of Don Drones On has a good video on this subject, we have until June 22, 2020 to respond. Transport Canada is seeking feedback. They kept this rather quiet, so please spread the word.

Thanks for sharing this Robin. On top of what early trails have already been done, it's my understanding that more select organizations will be granted BVLOS licenses to fly trails this year with Transport Canada expecting BVLOS integration by spring of 2022.
 
Good luck, my canuck friends. I hope Transport Canada listens better than our FAA, although the fact that they seemed to have gone out of their way to keep the proposal under the radar makes one reluctant to give them the benefit of the doubt.
