There is a place with a crazy view where I use to ski in winter in Lebanon, at 2400m it's a peak with a view on several mountains, Beirut and Bequaa valley, so in theory it's a perfect place to get a footage, though on this peak you have:
-A TV antenna
-Mobile phones antennas
-Radio antenna
It means i should totally avoid using my future Spark there?

Yes, there is a risk.
If you cannot resist to try:
- Check well your Spark connection and video feed.
- Take off away from the antenna as much as possible
- Be sure to have home point recorded
- Keep your distance and try to fly not at same altitude as the antenna
- Fly back as soon you see anything strange

As an example, see starting from 5:30
