App not connecting

Hi everyone. I've been trying to research this for few days now but no luck. The DJI Go 4 app on my iphone x has not been connecting to my Spark, for some reason. The RC is connected, the green LED is on but the app is showing to be disconnected, says 'enter device'. I don't think it's the cable. I've seen one advice to turn off wifi before connecting and it seemed to work, it connected for few seconds but then disconnected again. Tried it again but it hasn't connected again. Tried it also on another iphone but same problem. Any ideas? Thank you.

Are you able to connect via WiFi?

I would try a different cable and /or reinstall the Go4 app.

I pinched my OTG cable in my Spark case and broke the wire inside.

The cable looked fine, but obviously wasn't.

Got another cable and all is well.
