I'm certainly glad I found this app. I am brand new to the world of drones and am thrilled with my Spark.

To everyone here: what's one feature that you really love about your spark? Perhaps it's something not easily found "out of the box" but something you figured out after delving into every setting within the device and/or the RC?

I'm located in Edmonton, Alberta and it's much too cold to fly this week (-25 C) but I'm eager to get it out next week when temperatures get closer to zero or a few degrees above..

Thanks all.

No suggestions on operation - you'll enjoy finding out what works best for you through trial and error and the knowledge database that resides here, but I do have one major caution: Don't Bump Your Props. It's been cold here on the US east coast and I wanted to try some slow panning. Unfortunately I brushed a branch and had two blades shatter where they would normally recover.....lost about 40% on one and over half on the other, so watch out for anything nearby when it's really cold.

Also keep your batteries warm (inside jacket pocket near your body trunk) until you mount and fly - cold sucks the juice out of them really quickly and you'll only get 6-9 minutes anyway.

Enjoy your Spark!

For me I'd have to say "size". Its compact size really makes it my "go to" drone. I can take it with me anywhere and typically do.

Great suggestion re the props.. I have the fly more bundle so I have a couple of extra prop sets, but I don't want to use them any sooner than necessary! I honestly never thought about the cold and the props being much more delicate. So far I've only used Droney McDroneface (yes.. Lol) with prop guards.

I like the bag that came with the fly more combo, but I worry that perhaps it doesn't protect the gimbal. Any suggestions?

I attach this gimbal lock & cover before tossing my Spark in that bag.

I like the first option. $4.13 USD including shipping, to my door. Seems like a no brainer! Thank you so much!
