Best Export Settings Adobe Premiere / AE

Quick question, I'm wanting to get the best, sharpest, cleanest image out of my spark when I video. I've learned so far youtube loves H.264 codec, I've exported my files at 20mb, 1080p 23.976fps. But my video is still blurry with no detail. Any suggestions? Adobe After Effects, or Adobe Premiere. And I'm exporting it through the USB port. Not phone.

Can you look at the properties of the files ( in Windows, right click and select properties, no idea how it works on a Mac). Let us know what you find.
