I decided to put the little Spark up above my house as a monstrous Lake Erie Lake Effect snow band marches it was into the Buffalo/Metro area. Flight was around 3:30pm, Temp was around 25°F (-4°C), Wind was gusting between 25-30MPH (40-48kph), and the altitude was roughly 365ft (112 meters). Needles to say, the storm is now here doing its thing and dropped roughly 12" of snow already (6:20pm) Here is the video

Really fun watching the snow and wind pushing the Spark a little.

Nice video. Did the cold and snow effect anything of the drone while up in the air? Interesting seeing the storm coming in from above the neighborhood.

What a great little drone Spark is. Steady as a rock and batting off the snow flakes. Phantomarine would be trying to sell you one of his cases if he checked the Forum! I still have my Spark and she flies perfectly still. Brilliant footage and clearly shows what you were in for a few hours later.

Sorry for the late reply. The Spark really does a great job handling the wind. Now I haven't flow it in rain, but snow doesn't bother it. The battery duration on the other hand diminishes a bit. Probably give up around 20-30% of your regular flight time due to the wind. The other thing is that the drone is pitching and yawing so much that you sometimes will see the disadvantages to having a 2 axis gimble. Keep motion slow and it will do a decent job. I don't recommend sport mode.
