Manually selecting the wifi band and channel is handled right in the Go app. It also shows you how much interference there is on all the possible channels. Looking there may help you to see if there's a signal quality problem. I requested a return within 24 hrs of receiving it. It took them 4 days to reply, and I now have an RMA number, but their email clearly states that the return window is 14 days, not 7. In the meantime, I fly it everyday to see what it might be able to offer that the Mavic doesn't. It's a pretty short list so far. Not to mention that flying only the Mavic puts ~$700 back in my pocket. Then I see all the posts from people bemoaning that their Spark won't arrive for weeks, and suddenly, returning it feels like ingratitude. That said, if mine were flying as poorly as yours, it'd be gone yesterday.
