I believe you are too close & high to the target to track.
Rocket makes the Spark come to you then go up and angle the camera down automatically.
So if the camera is pointed down laready, no place to go and kicks out.
Plus, you need to resolve the radio issue first.
Select another radio channel that has less interference.
