Flight logs

I suppose this has been discussed before maybe someone can help. I am flying a drone with RC controller with a Samsung note 3 I haven't had any problems with the flight but I cant for the life of me figure out hoe to get the flight logs from my DJI Go 4 on the phone using any of the apps for that purpose. I have been using Air data and HD Sync but nothing seems to work. It is probably my fault but can anyone explain the easiest way to achieve this using a preferred app.

Step 1. Go to My Account in Airdata and add the login info of your DJI account. This is a one-time step.
Step 2. Sync your flight records from the Go4 app to cloud.
Step 3. Refresh the logs in Airdata
