Flooding footage

Still working on my video editing skills in VSDC. This was on wifi. I was on the "land" side of the flood wall. Was getting a lot of lag to the point, I'm going to roll back to the last stable OTG apk version of the Go 4 app. This was recorded yesterday morning.
