Flying higher than 400ft

Hi noticed that in America the FAA state that if you are within 400 ft radius of a tall structure you can fly 400 ft above the structure eg tall building 400 in height equates to 800 ft in total , any such rules by the CAA regulations .

Nope - in the UK the law is 400ft agl.
No exceptions to this unless an OSC has been submitted and granted to PfCO holders.
