Hi
I'm planning to take my Spark with me on holiday this year (not flying on a plane) and wondering if anyone has up to date official governemnt info? I have trawled through the forums and there seems to be conflicting information... Some saying you cannot use them at all, and some saying it is pretty similar to UK where you cannot fly within/over a crowd of people, not in a National Park. i did find one government-looking document which I translated and seemed to be very similar to one which NATS published for the UK. Any information?
I also remember reading somewhere that a drone under the weight of 400g - like the Spark - is permitted to be flown over/near a beach (i expect that is without any people being there).
Thanks in advance and happy flying!
