Great App to Check for NFZ Quickly

My Radar NOAA

Great app for checking both temporary and permanent NFZ's on the map. It gives weather conditions and radar as well. Can be upgraded to include aviation charts and pro features.

I use it in combination with UAV Forecast, AirMap and B4uFly when planning an outing. It's just a one step process to make sure the skies are clear and gives details for start and end time of NFZ as well. It has saved me from taking many wasted trips so I'm passing it forward. Good to have another tool in the tool belt.

For example we have 3 NFZ right now in my area (Disney World, Melbourne Air Show and POTUS visit)

The free version includes the NFZ notices (Temporary Flight Restrictions). You just need to turn them on in the settings.

I've been using that app for years. Lots of settings are "hidden" deep in the Layers menu. Very customizable.

It's an excellent weather radar to complement the indispensable UAV Forecast app
