I used to snowmobile in Michigan so I know it from a winters point of view.

I've been thinking maybe going again since I have a flying camera.

There are so many beautiful places in Michigan to photograph.

Another Detroit suburb guy here. I like flying at Dodge Park but there are quite a few nice places to fly really. I use an app called "Airmap" to identify some hobbyist airfields and such.

How does AirMap identity hobbyist airfields?

They show up on my map as green circles. When I select them they display the name of the club. That being said I assume they're all an air field of some sort. I assume that because there's one that I know is an airfield.
