How to record in-flight data?

Sorry guys, I have seen many videos with the in-flight data attached to the drone footage.

How do you do that? Another camera?

You are right, I'm in the iOS 11 Public Beta and indeed the builtin screen recorder is working. I have yet to try it with the Spark (soon be ordered )

You can record from your Mac. Look up recording iPhone from QuickTime. Super easy.
