Just tested a 4 mile round trip (6.43km). Lost contact at 1 minute and regained 9 minutes later.
I was programmed for a 10 minute flight and the actual was 11:30 with 19% battery left.
Here is the vid 4x speed:
Reaching the 3rd WP, the craft started coming backwards and turning to the left by 90° from WP3 to WP4 over a mile (you could see the other 90° taking off from WP4)
Not sure why that 1 mile turn was there but hitting the waypoint instead of curving by is confirmed.
You must curve by a WP in order not to stop.
