I have an Android Samsung note 5 and I can't even scan the QR code to activate my Spark. Please help

Forget about scanning it, tried for 2 Spark with many phone / tablet. Barcode app can read it correctly but Go4 app not. It is rare it works.
Connect to the wifi indicated on the label manually and enter password written also on the label. Take a picture of it and save it in case it is damaged.

Check with support. There is a work around video for that.
