I prefer the saturated colors with the PL filter that I use when the sun isn't too bright. In bright sun I usually use and ND32. I was shooting video over the ocean the other day with my Spark using the PL filter, shutter at 1/640 sec and they came out over exposed. I looked online for a PL32 filter with no success. Suggestions?

The darkest ND polarizing filter I've ever found is ND16PL. You can use that one and adjust your shutter speed for correct exposure. If you use the histogram to set your exposure and confirm with cached footage you can usually avoid those surprises.
