problem with follow on spark

I am trying to activate follow mode on my Spark and I am using the GO 4 app, I go into the mode and press follow mode and nothing comes up, please any suggestions as to what I am missing?.

Have you tried to draw a rectangle around yourself on screen?

I too have a problem with Active Track. I can draw the box around me/the subject and the camera will track me but the drone will not move it just hovers in the same position so you quickly get the out of range message.

Have others had a similar experience?
