Problem with Litchi focus

Took the spark out to practice some moves yesterday and litchi behaved strange in focus mode. Every time I hit start in the poi the gimbal just began to move up and down non stop, as if it couldn’t find the poi. Tried several times with poi at different positions and altitudes, with the same result. Also there was a huge lag between moving the sticks and the drone reacting. When I took the drone out of focus mode it behaved normally.

Has anybody else experienced this behavoiur?
