Rc cable help

I bought a iphone lightning cable which goes inside the dji controller and then to iphone,will this work? Or i still need otg usb cable?

Try it, some are working.
If they specifically indicate that it is for Spark/Mavic RC, there are good change.
Mine is working, you should get a message on your device that the "accessory is not supported" which mean in fact the RC is connected and all will be fine.

All so i dnt get grey screen with the controls etc info on my android phone,

The cable did not work,waste of money instead i bought otg which done the job perfect

Yepp quite happy but scared to fly it..any tips? I should and sont do?
