That's right. ...................The description in the DJI literature really is dismal for something that I believe is a very important thing to understand and be confident with. This thread should really be shared with, and read by, all our members.

A complaint I've had since I got my first DJI drone. Their manuals lack details when it comes to some features. Another beef is that the online DJI GO 4 guide, which is helpful, covers a wide variety of their models. It frequently does not specify, or is ambiguous about, which model a particular description applies to. Also wish the guide came as a PDF. The online guide is impossible to search easily.

I have an electric fence all around my yard and a half mile or more down my pasture. I've had no effects from it.

I can't be certain that was what happened to me just a guess

Really helpful vid there. I've been wondering about that lower left indicator and exactly what it represents. Nice when someone else does the explaining, the manual is pretty thin on this. The more one understands, the less likely we are to have a flyaway disaster. Well done!
