Samsung car charger and Spark?

I have a samsung car charger with equivalent QC2 Adaptive Fast Charging Vehicle Charger (Detachable Micro USB USB Cable) Mobile Accessories - EP-LN915UBESTA | Samsung US
Will it charge the Spark battery fast?
Would it be better to get a power bank instead?

Plugging a micro-USB cable directly into the Spark is very slow whether the power source is the car or a power brick.

Mobile charging is faster with batteries removed and charged separately using a dedicated battery charger. And you can do more than just one at a time that way.

House current is fastest charge. Nothing (safely) beats the DJI branded 3 battery hub
