Super Patcher. Windows 10 home?

Tried to run this program, on Windows 10 home. Do I need to disable any of its functions? I had to stop Defender for it to offer me options to run, but still can't get it to work. I think I'm trying the newest version, I've also tried the offline version and still a no go.

Same here, it closes on me and the logs says that wget was not recognized as an internal command.

I'm also not totally clear on what it does for the Spark ? The notes only specifically refer to FCC mod for the Spark and that's probably "just" forced FCC as I'm not aware that you can have "FCC Boost" on the Spark like on the Mavic Pro ?

Apparently the trick would be to run the .exe from the desktop, will try later.

So when I do it from the zip file, I get
adb.exe has stopped working.
When I open it from the desktop, dumlore does not open.

Has anyone been successful with a dual core laptop? The 2 I've tried won't run the program?
