It's a Spa (Health) House with the Grand Hotel (it's on another photo). next to it. I was tempted to fly little closer to it to get better shots but there were some people walking nearby.

I think it was always a harbor and used for recreational functions as is today. So walks, photos & boats Today there is a restaurant near the end of it. Of course because of COVID it was closed. Normally there is lots of people there so it was nice to get this footage.
