Just for information really. I am in China, been here for a while working on a project near Dalian. Anyway, being here I need to use a VPN to keep in touch with home and family, plus use Google, YouTube etc. So I went to use my Spark to take some aerial views of the factory where I am one lunchtime and found I couldn't fly. The controller turned on, the spark turned on, nice green light. Turned on the wifi, started the app... but nothing. The screen for the app was there, but no camera picture and I couldn't launch. I tried restarting all a few times, but still nothing. So, back in my office I sat and thought it through. Then it dawned on me, my VPN was still on. I turned it off and tried my spark in the office and 'Hey Presto' it worked. I was a bit worried as I had just updated to the newest version of DJIGo4, but the answer was more simple. Lesson learned. Maybe this might help others in a similar situation.
