Haha wow, these experiences really make your day, don't they!
I have had an encounter like that a few times when I was paragliding. One time, I was soaring on a tiny bit of lift triggered by a row of trees like that, when I spotted a falcon flying under me... just like in this movie, it truly made my day, makes you feel that you are a guest in the realm of birds... I can imagine your excitement!
Only once have I had a real bird encounter with a bird of prey with my Mavic, which was also very exciting.
As a small hint regarding editing; I think three minutes of footage for a split second of interesting stuff is asking a lot of your audience, it might be worth making a shorter edit as well...
