I guess you're asking if there are alternatives for Lightroom? If you google "free video editing software" you will find a lot of suggestions. But it will very much depend on what you want to do with it and what your skill level is. Programs like Adobe Premiere are rather difficult to master. Windows Moviemaker is a lot simpler.
