Video playback from phone

Hi after three days with my new spark i can now take off and land.
I pressed video record on my low hover flight and later played it back via the dji go app on my samsung s7 and it is just a load of digital lines and pixels with brief clarity.
Looking at the screen while flying it was clear.
Cant see whats going on.

Grab the video off the SD card and see if it's OK. You'll want to do this anyway, since the video file there is the original high quality video.

Reloading the Go4 app can clear up the lines in the video seen on your phone if you reload before taking the video.

Thanks i will try that. Is a reload the same as uninstall then install of the app.
