What memory card

Hi Guys can anyone recommend what size memory card to use on my spark.....

I've purchased the SanDisk 16 as mentioned.....but realize it is a fake. It says class 10 but on real life it is Not class 10. But records fine the video. Is there any way to change the mbps the video is recording, i mean the recording quality....?
