Why are this App Dji Flight Planer are not Supported?

It's Sucks! I want this App so Bad what's wrong with the Spark because this is the only Drone that didn't work with this App...

If you can't get anywhere with asking the planner, may I suggest that you take a look at Red Waypoint.
