The one that I listed is the one that comes with the spark.
It does not come with an OTG cable.

That is a Micro Usb. First one that I linked. That is what comes with the Spark FM Combo.
An OTG cable is entirely different.
Adding an OTG cable to a Micro USB basically converts it to this:
