The most important thing is to be happy with your final purchase and not second guess your decision. If your happy with a cardboard box with foam peanuts, then that is your chose, your Spark might not like bouncing around inside the box, but if your happy, then go for it.

Thanks Guys for the suggestions. I went into town and was finally able to connect and get the Spark Activated by using my iPad Air 2 WiFi/Cellular and was able to connect on the Cellular side. So got it up and running for the most part.

I was thinking that the Sparks are suppose to ship out in the middle of June and the DJI Goggles on the 25th of May, but so far have not gotten any notification on the Goggles. Has anyone else gotten either goggles or spark?
