I have been using the OTG cable when I do the unlock of a yellow zone, and have had no problems since I started using it. The unlock is good for 3 days. I normally don't use the OTG when flying, just for the unlocks and software upgrades. I had a lot of problems with both unlocks and software...

I have been getting the stuck at Downloading 0% for a while, tried several different methods but no luck. I finally got it updated by using an OTG cable, that has been the only thing that has worked for me.

Hello from Colorado, new Spark owner here. Can the flight mode be switched when flying or should it only be set before starting a flight?

I spent quite a bit of time on this as well, in a NFZ here. I was able to finally get it using the serial number from settings - this was different than the spark serial number or remote control serial number. Not sure when this field got populated though.
