I do slow speed in sport mode all the time. Not a problem...but You must be extra sensitive and careful with control sticks so you don’t over react or worse, crash into something... since that setting defeats obstacle avoidance. I do it mostly when taking selfie video that involves my speaking...

You CAN switch during flight. I noticed dust also - try blowing thru a straw to dislodge

Turn off obstacle avoidance should help! But then you have to be ultra careful piloting with the gentlest stick movements

The DJI go4 app works well for me on iPhone8plus and iPad mini ver3. Might be an issue if on Android devices?

I use Apple QuickTime to export the audio from the low rez footage. Then import into video pad. Viewing the audio waveform, you’ll see a “spike” where the clap sound is. Then line up the video of hands making contact with the spike and your in sync.

For this reason, I mount a bright LED powered by a small LiPo battery to the butt of the aircraft so it’s spottable at a distance. I also like to fly at dusk to see the built in lights Better, farther.

That’s not entirely true. You could substitute the SD card footage for the low quality iDevice video, marrying the “stripped out audio” in video editing software. If syncing your narration is important, I suggest you hover the drone in front of you and pointed at you before your mission...
