I'm costarrican and I bought my Spark in USA. I brought it in my back pack and nobody cared about it. Maybe luck. But it's better to contact the local authorities before if you want to be sure. This is what I did now that I'm going to Guatemala during holidays.

Did you check the old propeller to see if the 2 locks were attached in the piece? Once I hit the propeller and one of those little locks was broken and was disturbing the proper movement.

There must be enough satellites, around 18. What I do if the message doesn't sound is to start the flight, checking the timeline in Go4 App. If I see a small circle with a letter H inside, I feel confident that the home point has been established.

It seems is the gimbal protector. Try without it.

Hello. First thing to check is the SD card itself as Spark 317 said. See if yours is one of the recommended on the list above. If the answer is yes, try with another card to isolate the problem.
