    Urgent!! Need help

WiFi works great with S8+... has plenty of power to handle to image without more lag than OTG. I used to use OTG every flight till 4.1.10. Since then I fly wifi all the time. Never had low signal or loss of signal.

DJI go app 4.1.18 on Android killed the OTG cable support!?!

Think of it from Apple's point of view... before the Spark not many Apple owners knew about OTG which has been a norm for android for years... Now Apple users have found out they can use OTG to connect non apple products to their phone which Apple sees as a threat and loss of busniess. The...

    Can't control the Spark

Try refreshing the drones firmware... I fly at sunrise and sunset all the time with never an issue of OA going off. Even over the surf at the beach. If you look up my YouTube name Wombat Clay you will see my Spark flying into the sun.

    New DJI Pilot VR Advice

Litchi is pretty good for fpv flying.... I'm currently on the hunt for a mono headset for my S8+ so I can use the DJI Go4 app..... but currently do fly fpv with a $20 phone VR housing.

Does the Samsung Note 8 fit the Spark RC?

I have the S8+ and it fits but only just and without its case. I am getting a tablet holder so I don't stress the RC arms.

Spark portable charging station just showed up on YouTube.

My car charging kit (2 batteries, drone via USB and controller) charges 3 batteries and controller in less than 60mins.... well controller always takes more juice. And the car charger only cost $15 lol. Can get a battery bank and run an adaptor lead for the car charger kit and still charge in...

SD card issues and photo not appearing

Ok the 360 pano is automated so never mind how fast it is taking the shots. With regards to your pictures.... they save to the SD card you have to install on the drone. That is always the location of all your footage and is also in HD quality. The images that are on your phone are low...

    Spark's Quick Shot Mode distancies

You can adjust it out to 100m.... in dronie and helix it rises to 30m to 40m (I usually start at minimum of 2m). Helix I only do if I have a 30m radius around me (60m across with me at the center).

What to do with Sphere Mode final image?

Save it in ice as normal with the high resolution. Then I have found I have to use a image converter to convert it to .bmp so MS Paint can use it. Then in MS Paint I resize it to 6000x3000 which Facebook allows as the maximum size. Then after resizing I use that website theXifer.net - Just a Web...

What to do with Sphere Mode final image?

It does a great job of taking a 360 degree pano.... use MS Ice to stitch the 46 images together, then use MS Paint to create a 6000x3000 pixel version of the pano, then need to use a website to make meta data that Facebook recognises as a 360 degree camera. Then when you upload it to Facebook it...

The new Sphere Mode is awesome!!

Use an app for Android called Shutapp. It force closes all your apps to free memory and processor. Make sure to uninstall it after your done tho as it man handles every app on your phone is a ruff way.

Sorry to ask this question again, but.

Yes to all... but for safety and to keep a solid connection always use the controller.... plus without the controller your very restricted in range, speed and usability.

    Bad quality

Cached image is lower quality than the SD card. If you want the high quality image on your phone to show and share easily just down load the original while the Spark is running and connected. From the flight screen click the gallery in the bottom right, then click the image you want and then the...
