warranty

Hi the gymbal on my 10 month old spark has stopped moving. As I need to send it in for repair will they accept an eBay receipt? Else any other suggestions?

I see lots of talk about warranty cover but how many people have actually had genuine faults that have required warranty claims that have been successful? I’m talking about the 12 months that comes with the spark, not any type of extra cover like ‘refresh’ I understand that they aren’t 12...

hey wondering if anyone in Canada has purchased the DJI Care Refresh in canada or online.... Where can i purchse this?! please help asap as i only have 30 hours to buy it and activate!!!
