Will the Spark fly in extremely high winds?
Hell yes! Goto 2.47 if you get impatient.
It must have reserve power...
I think we'll have way points soon, that's the thing I miss most. The only other thing I'd like to see would be Acro mode, that would be a game changer.
 
Simple physics tells us there is no way those were 83km/h sustained winds or even 111km/h gusts.
Spark is only capable of going 50km/h
So anything over 60km/h and the spark would have been blown away.
It would not be able to hold its position because it is blowing harder than the full power it can produce.

How did you do the time laps?
I set up a camera in the kitchen window just to see what the weather would look like sped up. When I saw the boats dancing I thought it would be a good idea to get the Spark up.
 
Trying to remember - you have 2 high wind warnings on the DJI GO 4 app:
The one seen is triggered at 12m/s winds
There is also one that is a yellow bar where the green GPS mode is.
That yellow bar is triggered at 21m/s

If I remember correctly.
