Sean_m, I toyed with 1 second intervals but that was way too short. 2 seconds works well but, on reflection, I wish I’d gone with 3 seconds. Oh well, turned out well nonetheless. Thanks for your comments.

this is awesome! i am jealous you went to such neat places this year. i had a wonderful time in quebec, canada in may but i didn't get my spark until june. i wish i had it with me for that trip! i've got a trip to the UK coming up this spring, i'm hoping to get some good footage! anywhere near as nice as yours will be great.
