An interesting watch

That's a great one. Trent is a PIONEER in the industry and one heck of a BUSH pilot too.

Very interesting. The follow-up "technics" are
amazing with his big platform.
and the head 2 head fly-by with the truck... Ouff !

So, not Spark related, but a great comparison with DJI "Pro" vs Cinema tools... and one exceptional near-miss. If you are a drone nerd, you will probably enjoy this.

I watched this a month or two back. Interesting but I feel he had too much bias toward the 100,000 dollar drone . He also admitted to never flying a Mavic and wasn't very sure of how to with optimi capacity. Seem like a apple to oranges to the ten degree

Huh? He never said, "Never flown the Mavic". He has hours and hours on various "Mavics" just go check out his YT channel. In fact he was one of the first people to get the Mavic2 set up and did an early quick review of it. Before that he had been flying either a Pro or Platinum and had many hours on it but most all of it for recreation (he does occasionally fly the Mavic in his work but rarely at best).

He said, "When it comes to SINGLE OP I'm not as practiced." That doesn't mean he's never flown the Mavic....

He flies DUAL OP setups in his job and like many of us we fly a different bird in our job than we do for fun/recreation. I think you've missed his point completely.

Well, it is true that the bulk of his time is spent as the pilot and not the cameraman. That lends some merit in terms of our abilities to be both pilots and videographers simultaneously. Thats what I got from this. Man, the scratch on the roof of that truck.. how disasterous could that have been a few millimeters lower! Nice to see how the other half lives!

Just a riveting piece of YT. Enjoyed listening and watching. He certainly knows his stuff. I worked in the commercial advertising film business on the client side for many decades and he certainly speaks knowledgeably and fluently about the subject.
