Android 4.2.4 Offline Maps

Presently I'm using Android 4.1.15 on my android phone and of course my Crystalsky is stuck on 4.1.18, but that's another story.
Can someone confirm whether or not offline maps is available on the latest Go 4 for Android (4.2.4) ?

Are you able to get offline maps on your CrystalSky? I can't see them in the Go 4 app on my new 5.5 unit received today?
