Can't enter gesture mode

Hi. New user with FlyMore package.
I cannot enter gesture mode when on my Spark.
1)I turn Spark on.
2) Double tap battery and lights flash red twice.
The manual says to repeat step 2 until they flash yellow which I've kept doing to no avail.

I have enables gesture control via the app.

Please help!

There are some delay to wait and correct placement of Spark. Also you need to have a background that allow the Spark to see you correctly.
