Lovely shots. Since the Spark shoots in JPEG format only, there is nothing much to do in post. However I have seen that AEB mode is quite good for high contrast scenes like this. I keep it on all the time while taking photos. The Spark shoots 3 images with an exposure differential in this mode. You can either pick the best of the 3 or combine all three to get a much better dynamic range.
