DJI Go 4 and having to have Spark on to play with settings

I am still rather new to the Spark. I am wondering, it seems that you have to have a battery in the Spark and turn it on to explore setting on the app and set them. If the Spark is not on, you either don't see the totality of options and/or can't save changes to options you elect. Is this correct? For example, why do I have to keep turning Histogram on each flight? I'm not understanding the logic behind all of this.

Yes, for some reason known only to DJI, you have to turn on the Histogram again and again during each flight.
It is really inexplicable because most of the settings remain saved even when you turn off the AC.
eg: If you set manual camera settings and white balance, you will find that they remain same even when you switch off the AC and turn on again. Other settings like RTH altitude, max. altitude also remain saved.

I wonder if enough of us email DJI they will change the histogram display to remain on after power cycling. My Mavic Pro preserves this setting even between battery changes.

I'm gonna email Customer Support right now and make a feature request.
