Dji go 4 app problem

Hello just go my spark and controlled from china, works well on litchi app but after originalally registered successfully with dji now stuck in dji go app as is asking my Chinese verification phone number, no way out, living in UK, please

Did you create your account when you were in China ?
Same for the registration of the Spark to DJI ?
Maybe best is to contact DJI.
