tried a similar method with the Rocket Quickshot today.
First go and sent it up to max height without recording the screen... doh
All went as per textbook so I thought I would have another go...
Same battery
Similar low wind, at ground level,
Pressed record screen
Set off for a Rocket Quickshot
Spark moved over my head as per usual
then started drifting!
I held my nerve and watched the ground, onscreen, for clues
it topped out at 90m and started the descent
It was a few roads away as the screen showed the scenery.
I allowed it to descend a bit longer then cancelled the Quickshot and flew it back to
my hand.
To top it off the screen recording software somehow di not start or turned off???

-any recommendations for screen recording software? (I was trying 'Record it')

I have the Rocket footage but no onscreen stuff to make a video...

Yep, I know the feeling... I finally got to fly a shoreline at low level and in sports mode yesterday.... The Spark sure is funnnnnn
