Yikes. Surprised to see that screen because toggling the downward visual system on/off not an option for Spark in DJI Go 4 app (only with Litchi).

If it's a new Spark did you remove protective plastic film from all the lenses? And perform all the firmware / software updates?

When I've had an oddball error message that wouldn't clear I fixed by deleting and reinstalling the app. Give that a try it no better solutions offered.

No, nothing blocking

Delete DJI Go 4 app. Then reinstall it.

That usually clears nonsensical error messages when nothing else works.
