This is strange the drone work perfectly, may the difference be in OTG or Wifi transmission?

Ya, I cannot understand it... you could try reinstalling the Go App on your device, As far as OTG goes, it should have no bearing on that display. That is the wifi channel that the remote will use to reach the aircraft. OTG is just an alternative to connecting the phone to the remote...

I think you might to need to scroll to the right .... there should be other channels on the right side ... if not, I would’t know.

He should be getting something on those channels though.

I suppose if you were at the top of a mountain well away from any humanity it could look like that. Mine is pretty signal-less here in our part of Canada, but it seems my house wifi... I should try killing the router and see if it looks the same.

And it should indicate the channel you are currently on.

My spark is like that too no channel displayed but works fine flew out 4000 feet no connection issues at all has been like this since purchased a year ago
