Fatal Crash and DJI Care Experience

I smashed sparkie into a concession stand at an abandoned drive-inn theater. After the crash I submitted a DJI express care request, an immediately received a prepaid label. I drove to the ups store and they scanned my label and threw sparkie in a box.
Four days later, I received a brand new factory sealed box with a new spark along with new propellers.
DJI care rocks!!!
 
I Bought it new off amazon and owned it for 3 months. It was manufactured May 2018.

It’s replacement was manufactured in March 2019
 
Also worth mentioning...
DJI care notified me of every action.
When my broken drone was received by them, along with tracking for the new one.
And they followed up with a satisfaction survey, which I of course put outstanding on all aspects.
 
Another thing...
If I crash the new one, I get one more replacement. I think it’s a two per year limit.
